The arena is built at BLOCK42 inside Nuanu — the creative city on the west coast of Bali.

A purpose-built ice floor with a full stage rig: light, sound and large-scale video projection — the same technical set the show travels with worldwide.

Doors open one hour before the show. Latecomers are seated during a pause, if it does not disturb the audience.

Parking and drop-off are on the Nuanu side. Scooter parking is right by the entrance; a car park is a short walk away.

Everything worth knowing before you come
What language is the show in?
The show is in English. The story is carried by skating, music and projection, so it is followed easily in any language.
Are there reduced children's tickets?
No separate children’s tickets are provided — the price is the same for every spectator over three years old. Children under three are admitted free of charge, without a separate seat, on presentation of a document confirming their age.
Do I have to print an electronic ticket?
No. You may present the ticket on any electronic device at the entrance.
Can I still get in if I am late?
A late spectator may enter the hall with the permission of the duty administrator, provided it does not interfere with the performance or the audience.
Can I take pictures during the show?
Photography inside the venue is allowed. In the auditorium you may photograph without flash only.
How should I dress?
It is cool by the ice — around +10 °C at rink level and noticeably colder than outside. Bring a jumper or a light jacket, even in Bali.
